I have just bought a new printer and it isnt recognizing a document to print that is light blue

Just bought a Deskjet printer and unable to print a statement that is in light blue. Is there a solution. Tried changing to colour  print

I see that you are facing print quality issues with your HP DeskJet 3762 All-In-One Printer wherein it does not print in light blue.

Please follow the steps listed below to clean the cartridges.

1. Load plain white paper in the tray.

2.  Open the HP Smart app, and then click the picture of your printer to open the settings and management tools.

3. In Print Quality Tools or in Advanced Settings > Tools > Utilities > Print Quality Toolbox, select Clean Printhead to start the cleaning tool.

4. Review the Print Quality Diagnostic page that prints for defects and any instructions to resolve the issue. Run up to two more cleaning cycles, if necessary.
