I have the same issue. Unable to turn it off. Printer works fine.

Information button lightMine is number 3, the information button light.  It stays lit and it's orange but the printer works fine.  I pressed it and it printed out Printer Information Page.

Yes it is #3. The orange light on top of I.

It does not blink but is constant.

Printer works fine.

It is as per the design. There is no issue with the printer.

My printer screen is the same as in the photo.

The manual says that an exclamation point on the display means a problem is present.  Are you saying that there will always be an exclamation point displayed on the screen?

Yes, an exclamation mark and blinking lights means the printer is in an error state or has an issue.
