 have the same error message:

 

After printing out some documents, a message popped up: "remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure that it is correctly installed". My printer is HP envy 5640.

 

I have tried all the formentioned things in the forum posts still nothing. I have instant ink, how do I go about ordering new cartridges?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
