I have this Blue screen with error “C4EB9024” on my HP envy 7855 model. It happened while I was printing a 25 page document. See the picture, one document is still stuck in the printer when this error popped up. And none of the printer buttons are working, not even turn off button. I am going to power it off and force take the papers out in order to reset. Not sure what else to do. Any one can help with suggestions?

I understand you are getting an error message C4EB9024 on your HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
