Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have tried calling and calling to no avail. I am out of ink and I belong to the instant ink program. Why is this? They gave me a total of 7 months free last year around August 2017. I mentioned to them I haven't had ink in months. They said they'd they send me both color and black ink cartridges, which they did. Again in November 2017, and in January. I am out of ink again and cannot get to anyone to help me. Please help me!

The problem has been solved! Whoo Hoo! Thanks to a gal at HP Instant Ink. Ms. Amapola!
I had a wonderful chat with a woman at HP. She got the error adjusted for me and then some. Ms. Amapola was very kind and very informative to me.
Wht she got my ink ordered and since I had one more free month free ( a bennifit that I got back in August of 2017) she put the icing on my cake. She is sending my ink cartridges as well as an extra set on ink cartridges for my HP Officejet 4650 All-in-one Printer. I couldn't thank her enough.
HOO-RAH Ms. AMAPOLA!
