Product: HP Ink Tank 115

After setting up my Ink Tank 110 printer, I attempted a test print, but it failed to produce any output. Following an agent's advice via WhatsApp, I reinserted the printheads, but the issue persisted. The printer's status remains unchanged, displaying "maintenance in progress" for over two hours. Powering off the device for 30 minutes proved ineffective. I haven't yet attempted a factory reset. Please assist me in resolving this issue, as I urgently require the printer.
