@mgolf333, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that you have issues with copying, let us try to isolate and resolve the issue.

Are you using the flatbed or the Automatic Document Feeder?

Meanwhile, follow these steps to print a cleaning page:

  1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch Setup ().

  2. Touch Service, and then touch Cleaning Page.

  3. Load plain, white paper when you are prompted.

  4. Touch OK to begin the cleaning process.

  5. Try to copy again to see if the issue is resolved.

If you still have issues, share the picture of the copied document for further assistance.

Keep me posted.

You can either take it to the nearby service center for printers or reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
