My company 8610 will not accept my password that I have always used. No one else uses it? So I need to have help to fix? I can't send any of my estimates to my customers and I never changed its please help asap

It actually asks me to enter pin I do it and it let's me set up scan etc but when I try to complete the task and send it then says username and password incorrect so I tried some other passwords in which I know are incorrect and instead of letting me go through set up it immediately says invalid I never changed so not sure why issue

I tried to do a scan to email today on my 8610, however it gives me the following error:
Username or password is incorrect. Make sure user name and password are valid
I have not made any change, so unsure why this has happened or how to fix the issue,
can you please send insturctions on how to solve this issues ASAP.
