Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, you are looking for a "Claim Code" for your HP Envy Printer.

Don't worry I'm here to help!

To generate the "Claim Code", we need to enable the web services on the printer. Let's try these steps -

1) From the printer control panel, press the ePrint button.
2) Accept the Terms of Use, and then follow the on-screen instructions to enable Web Services.
3) Print the ePrint information page, and then follow the instructions on the page to sign up for an HP ePrint account.

The information page will have an eprint.com email address, the first part of the email is the "Claim Code". For example, if abc@eprint.com is the printer's email then the "Claim Code" is
abc.

Here's an alternate way to find the eprint email address from the printer's control pane -

1) Press the ePrint button on the control panel. You will see the Web Services Settings menu on the printer display.

2) Select Display Email Address from the printer display to view the printer’s email address.

Let me know how that goes.
