The color isn't printing correctly everything is pinky. Anything blue is a washed out red pink color. Red has pink in it as well. Light brown looks flooded with pink. Even gray scale has a pink halo effect. I've done all maintenance. The alignment will not complete no matter how many tries I do. My ink isn't low I've barely used it after I changed the cartridges. Everything is where it should be. I started having these issues after changing the low ink. All was running properly beforehand. Tell me what to do, my printer is barely a year old.

I understand the print quality is not good. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the printhead up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.

 

If the issue persists, you may have to replace the ink cartridges to conclude if the issue is with the printhead or the recently replaced cartridges. 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
