You get your DNS address from your ISP, that is, your Internet Service Provider
ISP examples
- AT&T
- Hughes
- Verizon
At the very least, your ISP is likely listed in your Router configuration else you could not connect to the Internet.
Log into your router to check...
Might be one of the ISPs in the list...

If you do not have an ISP, or if you are having continuing connection issues, use Google Public DNS.
