Product: OfficeJet 4500

I need a SERVIVE AND PARTS Manual for OfficeJet 4500.  The white plastic form, which lies under the ink cartridges, popped out and is not going back in.  Of course it is needed for operation.  Can anyone send me a picture of how this part is suppose sit under the cartridges?  I also would like to buy a new part since it maybe damaged. 

 

I prefer a manual with placement pictures for the parts.  I had a computer business years ago and am currently baffled by the purpose of some parts and if they are even replaceable.  If anyone has any insight on servicing this printer and the position of the white plastic part under the ink cartridges I would greatly appreciate your help.
