Hello,

 

Hope you are well,  about the cartridge, it says used black cartridge because probably that cartridge was used in another HP printer before. 

The error code points out to be related with the fuser, the standard troubleshoot is to turn off the printer, unplug it from the wall outlet and take out the fuser, then put it back in, reconnect the printer and turn it on.

If error 50.07F.14 still comes up, please replace the fuser by getting a maintenance kit from a reseller, part number:  L0H24A
