Message is complete failure of ink system. All checks have been followed, and the result is a faulty printhead. This an old machine, was 100% up to the failure, butnot worth having it repaired. A new headf assy would be good, I am technically up to the job. Alternatively, instructions to remove and clean head assy PLEASE.
