I subscribe to instant ink. I was printing a document and ran out of black ink. I have no replacement cartridges. This is unacceptable. I was promised that I would always have ink. I also just installed my last yellow, blue and magenta cartridges today.

 

I thought that HP was supposed to be monitoring my ink. Do I have to start watching it and report to you now? If that is the case, then give me an email or phone number so I don't have to deal with going to a forum for what I was promised.

 

I am in the middle of a project and cannot complete it. Please send cartridges ASAP!
