HP Recommended

I have Turbocad 2019 and HP officejet 7000 wide format printer.  When I upgraded to a window 11 laptop,  I cannot print out my .tcw files.   A test page prints out fine.  The  orange light when sending data keeps going on forever.

 

I am open for suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue.

Were you able to print any other files? If so, I recommend you reach out to the software manufacturer.
