Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 all-in-one printer
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I'm attempting to change my ink cartridges. I turn on the printer and when I lift the cartridge access door I get a warning. The warning states "door open" all doors must be closed to continue? What to do? I have to open the access door.

@JMULL88, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Continue to keep the door open and replace the ink cartridges. Once the cartridges are in, close the access door and continue printing.
