I am getting a door open error. It says The ink cartridge access door is open. I have done all the troubleshooting I can find. Nothing is helping 🤷♀️.
Anyone had this issue before??

@J-HOROTN, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Make sure the ink cartridge access door is completely closed. Check for any obstructions or damage.
Close the ink cartridge access door.
Close the exterior door.
If the error persists, check for any jams inside the printer, refer to - Paper Jam Error
To know how to replace the ink cartridges, refer to - Replacing the Ink Cartridges
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
