Hello,

I keep having issues when I try to add new ink to my printer. I've noticed that the ink i've gotten previously had a item number of CNO4AE but the new ink i've gotten, still 951XL appears to have a number of CNO48AN and it will not work with my printer. Is there a reason i can't find any ink with the original item number?
