INK ISSUIES ON EWVERY PRINTER

EVER SINCE I ACTIVATED MY NEW HP ALL IN ONE ENVY INSPIRE MY HP DESKJET HAS DONE NOTHING BUT BLINKING LIGHTS,, I KNOTICED AN INK CARTRIDGE GROM YOU HAD SPILLED OUT EVERYWHERE INSIDE MY PRINTER,,, ANSWER ABOVE ALL THE HP ALL IN ONE HAD SINCE MAY AND RAN OUT OF INK IN JUNE AND STILL HAVENT RECIEVED ANY!!! I NEED #^$ FOR BLACK AND COLOR FOR THE ALL IN ONE HP ENVY INSPIRE 2
