How do you cancel or suspend an account?

Hi, there is no way to suspend your account but you can downgrade to the lowest plan during a period when you may not be available and then upgrade when you are back.

If you do need to cancel you can do so on your Instant Ink account page.

Sign In to your account at InstantInk.com, and on the left nav click "My Account" then click My Plans and you will see a "cancel enrollment" button at the bottom of the plans.
