IP address for instant ink check in site

I need the IP address of the HP site that the printers check into. I am an administrator of a WIFI network that uses a protal system for users authernication, like the ones in most hotels. I can setup and execption allowing the printers to access the site at HP but I need the IP address or URL. I have HP users that are trying to use the instant ink program and there printers can not connect to HP due to a voucher needing to be input. This execption would remove the voucher login feature and allow the printer to connect to HP.
