@RonD52, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • What happens when you print documents from the phone and not email?
  • Are you using the HP Smart App or the AirPrint feature to print from?
  • Have you tried downloading the attachment and then printing?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thanks for replying!

I'd further suggest you print using AirPrint. Refer to the document HP Printers - Printing with Apple AirPrint (iOS) for help.

Keep me posted.

Thanks TEJ.

Yes, I use Airprint. I have been through your linked document but no joy!

It do notice when I view the document on my IPhone it does not display the borders so maybe a problem with IOS?

Can anyone in HP try printing Word borders from an IPhone or are you not allowed Apple products?

Thanks for your persistence.

Ron.

I appreciate your efforts and time in trying to resolve the issue.

Can you try using another iOS device to print from if you have access?

Also, try checking for updates on your iOS device.

Keep me posted.
