HP Deskjet 2600

Hi

Ive only had my printer a few weeks.. ink levels are ok but the printing has suddenly started being really faint, lines of text are missing and what is there is totally illegible.

I’ve ran the inbuilt allignment check and cleaning option but nothing is working?

How many times did you run the cleaning cycle.

Once, but it had two stages to it.

Try cleaning the black cartridge again.

I’ve done this twice more and it’s not helping. It’s even missing parts of the page I’m printing (like random paragraphs) but printing some areas five. It’s so strange.

Remove the black cartridge & try printing, it will be slow but at least you should be able to print.
