@36bob, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP Officejet 200!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It sounds like the print job might be accidentally going to the "Email to Printer" function instead of directly printing. Here are a few things to check and try:

Check the Print Destination:

When you hit Print, double-check the selected printer in the drop-down menu.

Make sure it’s set to HP OfficeJet 200 and not something like "Send to Email" or "Microsoft Print to PDF."

Restart the Printer & Computer:

Sometimes, a simple restart clears up pending jobs.

Turn off the printer and unplug it for about 30 seconds before turning it back on.

Restart your computer as well.

Clear the Print Queue:

Press Win + R, type control printers, and hit Enter.

Right-click on your HP OfficeJet 200 and select See what's printing.

If you see any stuck documents, right-click and Cancel them.

Reinstall the Printer Driver (If Needed):

Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click your printer, and select Remove device.

Download and install the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

Once you've tried these steps, give it another shot! Let me know if you still run into issues—happy to help. 😊

Hope this helps, and happy printing! 🖨

Take care, and have an amazing day!
