I'm trying to replace the toner on my HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w.  I can't seem to get the image drum light to glow a steady white.  When I put the toner reload kit into the reload port, the image drum light just flashes orange and I can't rotate the kit clockwise.  I've already tried removing the image drum and shaking it a few times to loosen the toner but that doesn't work.  I've also checked that all sealing tape is removed from the printer but the error is persisting.  Please help.

If the drum is at the end of life you will not be able to refill it. How many pages you have printed with that drum?

I'm not sure.  How do I figure that out?

Press add hold Resume button for a few seconds, which will make a printer print a configuration page, you can find info regarding drum life. The flashing drum icon is probably drum's end of life.
