HP LaserJet Pro M118-M119 dw

Hello everyone,

We use PCL5 in our reports and we use macros to print images.
It happens that in some printers, specifically in "HP LaserJet Pro M118" if in the image data there is a "line feed" (character 0A Hex or 10 in Decimal) the printer should ignore the character given that it is part of the image data, however it does Line Feed damaging the image.
I want to say that on other printers it works correctly.

Can someone help me? Thank you.

The data sheet for this printer show that it supports PCL5c and it is possible that if you are using a PCL5e driver it is misinterpretting data.

Thank you for your attention,

Yes, the printer is PCL5 compatible, that's why it was purchased.
No driver is used, it is connected to the network and receives direct information from our application like so many other compatible PCL5 printers.
However, after making several diagnoses, we identified that the printer when printing an image in raster mode instead of understanding the character 0A Hex as image data understands as Line Feed and breaks the image, situation does not occur in other PCL5c printers.
