150nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have recently purchased the 150nw and today was first time printing with it. I wanted to print some images......I sent them from my laptop to the printer and they were coming out with the centre missing. So the image would be part at the top, part at the bottom and the centre just white. This shouldn't be happening on a brand new printer. Help!

@Sophiev8

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Check the print settings on a computer with Windows.

  1. In the program you are trying to print from, click File, and then click Print.

    The Print window opens.

  2. Open the Properties dialog box.

    Depending on the software program, the button might be Properties, Options, Printer Setup, Printer, or Preferences.

  3. Click the Paper tab, and then select the paper type from the Type drop-down menu.

  4. Click Output Size, and then select a paper size from the drop-down menu.

  5. Click OK to apply the settings, and then click Print.

And, also update the printer firmware: HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
