Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw

Printing image on plain paper image becomes very dark - even though lighting is correct on my PC screen, how can printing be made brighter on my print.

If I change the lighting to very bright on the image and it is too bright on my PC screen, I can get a better lit image printout, but it is not a satisfactory solution where there is both text and image on the same printout.
How do I make the image light up on the printout?

 

With USB printing, there is a menu for printing images where you can choose to make it lighter or darker - where do I find the equivalent in printer printing from a PC?
