Hey all, when I print an image on cardstock, the image is shifted about half an inch up, and often cuts off the image a bit. Below is the photos from the alignment page, the Brochure settings do better, but still a bit off. Print Results
What I got: Printer is a T[Personal Information Removed], the paper is some generic 110lb stuff from Michael's, and any image .pdf and .jpg
What I've tried: I load the paper and the printer offers four settings Plain, Photo, Brochure Matte, Brochure Glossy. I have tried all, results above. I have tried to edit the paper type in the print settings of the document.
EDIT: I cant get the image to work.

I understand that the images shifted up while printing.
Please let us know while you make the photo copy having the same issue.
From which application you are trying to print.
Please allign the printer and check.
Align the printer
Follow these steps to align the printer from the control panel.
-
Load U.S. letter or A4 size, unused, plain white paper into the input tray.

On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup
.
The Setup menu displays.

Swipe the display down, and then touch Printer Maintenance.

Touch Align Printer.

After the printer prints the alignment page, touch OK, and then recycle or discard the alignment page.

Try to print.

Please perform the Clean reinstallation of Pre-installed HP drivers
1. In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2. Select your HP Printer
3. Select Uninstall
4. In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5. In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6. Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7. Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8. Click on the “Drivers” tab
9. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10. Select Ok
11. Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12. Close Devices and Printers, restart the computer.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
