Hola buenas tardes a todos.

Tengo una impresora HP Laser Jet Pro M102W que se encontraba guardada, hoy que se intenta instalar en un ordenador es reconocida como Laser Jet 3020 en (Panel de control\Hardware y sonido\Dispositivos e impresoras) y en el administrador de dispositivo indica que (no hay una impresora conectada).

La impresora enciende y queda parpadeando un led verde de manera constante y no recibe ninguna orden.

Agradezco cualquier ayuda y de antemano muchas gracias.

Hello, good afternoon, everyone.

I have an HP LaserJet Pro M102W printer that was saved. Today, I tried to install it on a computer recognized as LaserJet 3020 (Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers), and the Device Manager shows that (no printer is connected).

The printer turns on and blinks a green LED constantly, and it doesn't receive any commands.

I appreciate any help, and thank you very much in advance.
