Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP DeskJet 3772 printer keeps having Wi-Fi connectivity issues, a full restart and reset might help. Follow these steps.
Restart the Printer and Network
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Turn off your Wi-Fi router and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on.
- After the router is fully back online, plug in and turn on the printer.
Reset Wi-Fi on HP DeskJet 3772
If the issue persists, reset the printer’s wireless settings:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Cancel (X) button on the printer for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light starts blinking.
- This puts the printer into Wi-Fi setup mode.
- Open the HP Smart app on your phone or computer and follow the steps to reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
