Bonjour,

 

J'ai un problème avec mon imprimante HP ENVY 4507.

Je ne peux plus rien faire il y a un message bloquant " error code 0X83C0000A NOS_LOADER_APP"

J'ai déjà essayé de la débrancher et le logiciel est à jour mais rien n'y fait.

Dès que je l'allume ce message s'affiche et les cartouches ne bougent même pas.

L'imprimante n'est plus reconnu sur mon réseau en wifi, ni en filaire usb quand je la branche à mon pc.

Que faire??
