Imprimante DeskJet Plus 4110 encre noir

Bonjour,

Sur mon  imprimante Deskjet 4110 j'ai un problème d'impression d'encre noir. Pourtant la page de test et de démo imprime correctement le noir et la couleur. Mais quand je fais une impression, aucun caractère noir ne s'imprime (uniquement la couleur). Même chose lorsque je fais une photocopie, aucun caractère noir que je fasse une copie couleur ou N&B

En revanche quand je fais un scanner tout fonctionne bien couleur et noir sont bien sur l'image scanné

J'ai essayé de flasher le firmware mais il est déjà à jour

On my Deskjet 4110 printer I have a problem printing black ink.
However, the test and demo page prints black and color correctly.
But when I make a print, no black characters are printed (only color).
Same thing when I make a photocopy, no black characters whether I make a color or B&W copy

But when I do a scanner everything works well color and black are good on the scanned image

I tried to flash the firmware but it is already up to date

If anyone has an idea
