Imprimante imprime en....rouge ???

Bonjour,

Je possède l'imprimante photosmart et je constate  depuis qqs jours que l'impression se fait uniquement en rouge.

J'ai débranché et rebranché l'imprimante, enlevé et remis la cartouche, nettoyé les buses (avec juste un chiffon doux sur la partie cuivrée) mais j'ai le même problème.

D'habitude quand il manque de l'encre, j'ai des stries ou rayures sur la page mais cette fois l' impression est correcte mais que du rouge ...???!!!!

J'ai ma cartouche depuis 1an environ, je n'imprime pas beaucoup.

J'ai imprimé une page de test mais au lieu d'avoir 3 barres  Cyan, Magenta et yellow;  j'en ai que 2: (Magenta, Yellow).

et (Il m'indique Color Cartridge : < 10% Full )
