HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 printer

My HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 printer has been working fine since 2014. I had bought it from amazon in the year 2014.

 

But since few days ,It through an error

 

 

 

The error is showing :

Incompatible Catridges(s)

 

The indicated catridges are not inteneded for use in this printer .

 

At first I thought that the ink catridge might have got emptied . On trobulble shooting with HP Software , I pointed out that when ever I take out the black catridge , the error does not show up.

 

So I thought to chnage the black catridge and bought orginal 678 catridge , Even after chnageing the catridge , the print always shows this error and does not allow me to print any document .

 

I have upgraded the firmware , it says that I am using latest firmware and also reset the printer but nothing works.

 

please help , Where and how can I get it repaired as manufacture waaranty does not exist after 4 years.

I do not think ,it is the existing black cattridge . because I recently bought new branded HP 678 black catridge and tried it on my print , still the porblem persists, only if remove the black catridge from its slot then this error does not come. I wasted money by buying new black catridges . these are orginal catridges from HP .

 

only solution left is a physical inspection at service center , there is no warranty for my printer
