HP Officejet 4630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a less than one year old HP 4630. I just bought replacement ink cartridges from the same place I bought the previous ones. I get Incompatible Ink Cartidge Message on my printer. I have tried all ten (I believe) the recommended fixes at the HP troubleshooting web page. I have installed the HPSupport Assistant which is not much help. Please tell me a working fix. The cartridges are authentic!!!

Just for whohawes I put the empty cartridge back in. The printer failed to recognize it as empty and had go throught the print alignment and Scan procedures.

I am very frustrated. I had to prove that my printer was still in warranty and wait for a reply. Once vindicated all I've received are user names and passwords for support software  that are absolutley unnecessary and useless. So if the cartridges are defective and I have to get new ones who pays for that. I'm beginning to wonder if the ink purchase program is just a way to make money (fraudulently) and frustrate customers.

Give me one good reason why I shouldn't just heave this whole mess in the garbage can.

I have already supplied model# and serial# proof of purchase just to vindicate myself when I believed my printer is under warranty. I handled warranty claims for a wholesale tire company for years and never did I put any of my customers through what you've put me through. BTW I was dealing with hundreds and thousands of dollars, not an $88 printer. So,whatever you plan on doing it better be good.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
