I have been using my Deskjet 3545 with my current cartridges for 2-3 months with no problem. But today my printer show error: incompatible cartridges (black one). I reseat the cartridge and the problem still persists. I install a new cartridge (even tried two new ones) and it does not help. I clean the printer electrical contacts as shown in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSL-MRHtJbI and the problem is still not solved. What should I do next?

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
