Been pretty patient or really HP have taken advantage of my stupity. From what I've found on the community, HP need to do a simple regionalisation reset. I bought a printer in the UK 6 months ago. Have moved country due to work, didn't see the need to buy a new printer so brought this with me. Now I can't use instant ink in my new country, can't use reman cartridges because of HP money spinning schemes. I bought genuine HP ink... And they won't work (although I've managed to get print outs from admin related prints, alignment etc) so definitely not the wrong ink.

One of several community chats that I've seen on the subject.

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Archive-Read-Only/How-to-resolve-the-quot-Incompatible-Print-...
Following HP process. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02558798

I've spent a week either on chats or on the phone trying to get this resolved and being passed from department to department, all then referring me to another department.

No one at HP can help. Terrible product and "support". Can anyone help please?

I hope that it helps you to resolve this.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
