Hi,

 

Installed a NEW HP cartridge and I get a "Incompatible ink cartridge".  It is a genuine HP ink. 

I have bought 2 and I still will not install.  I have went through all trouble shoots that I could find and nothing helped.

  • From where did you buy the cartridges?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

If you continue to face the issue, I recommend you update the printer firmware and check if it resolves the issue.
