Hi

I have recently had trouble printing 6"x4" photos onto glossy photo paper, I see others have had problems in the past too but their answers havent been able to help me.

When I print a photo the picture comes out incomplete.

On a typical 6"x4"photo printed landscape the left hand side of the picture has about half an inch cut off, and therefore a white strip on blank paper on the right hand side. It is as if the paper isnt feeding through properly.

I hope you can help.

Many thanls

Seems I have solved the problem.

Swapping the photo paper for Kodak photo paper seemed to work. The printer now recognises the paper and prints a full page.

I hope this helps you if you have the same problem.
