 does anyone know why the colour indicator light on my printer is on? Its not flashing, but more like a solid light and there is another indicator on the screen in between the ink (black and colour ink) that I don't know what it is either.. would be greatly appreciate if anyone can tell me how to fix this? The black ink is not finish yet, but somehow I'm not able to print black n white
