My room mate has been printing on my 5660 for over a year, from her tablet. She had been printing from an Epson, initially, but since she is not tech savvy, and something went wrong, she threw it away. She finally bought an Envy 7155, and I think I installed it correctly for her this week. Today, she printed a job, directed to her printer, but it printed on MY printer, infinitely. I had to pull the paper tray out in order to halt printing. After a while, it printed on her printer, infinitely. She pulled the paper tray out. On my PC, I went to "Printers and Scanners", and saw that neither the Epson nor her Envy are listed...Only my Envy. I never synced her Envy, but it is printing on my printer, without end. I understand PC's better than the roomie does, but I am not a pro. Does anyone have advice?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
- Are you using a wireless router to connect the printer and the PC or wifi direct?
- Do you both have Win PCs?
- While printing, make sure to select the right printer. You may rename the printers to avoid confusion.
- As both the printer and both the PCs are on the same network, there is a miscommunication.
For now, run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
