Hi, my printer will not print out anything. I clicked the "i" button on my printer and it printed out quite a few pieces of paper explaining stuff, on one of the papers it said the wireless radio on my HP printer is currently turned off. Could I have help on turning it on, please? Whenever I try to print out stuff, it doesn't seem to print and it says error with printing. The "i" Information light keeps flashing and a few times the power button has flashed. I don't know if the printer is jammed? Or it needs re-connected? Or something to do with the wireless radio on my printer being off? Please help as soon as possible! Thank you!

Hi @bunnyfly
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Re-insert the ink cartridges.
To turn On wireless on the printer, press the wireless button on the printer (above the 'i' button).
If you have a blue steady light, the wireless is ON, if the blue light is blinking, the printer is not connected to a wireless network, if there is no blue light, the wireless is Off.
If the 'i' button is still blinking, press that button for more info.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi community!
The following link contains network reset information so that your Wifi can be reset and search for available devices again:

Now, if the error message persists, you can download Scan Doctor to identify the failure at the following link:
