Hi @JoleneV123,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The HP ENVY 6000 All-in-One Printer series is not designed for use with Infusible Ink transfer sheets. Infusible Ink, developed by Cricut, requires a specific type of printer, typically a sublimation printer, that uses special sublimation inks. The HP ENVY 6000 series uses regular inkjet technology, which is not compatible with Infusible Ink transfer sheets.

For Cricut Infusible Ink projects, you need:

  1. A compatible sublimation printer.
  2. Sublimation ink, which is necessary to achieve the required heat transfer process.

Using an HP ENVY 6000 printer with Infusible Ink transfer sheets will not yield the desired results and may potentially damage the printer or the sheets.

Refer to this document: HP ENVY 6000 All-in-One Printer series Product specifications

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
