Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i installed new HP 803 Cartridge Black in HP Deskjet 2132 , it is showing error message : "Ink Cartridge Failure". Please check image attached here....

 

Not able to print anything..... i am very much disgusted by this HP problem, as i have purchased it from retail outlet in India. (Place: Tumkur, Karnataka).

Hi,

Remove the black caretridge from the printer and use the color cartridge in reserve mode to print for now.

 

Return to the retailer with the faulty cartridge, it is provided with a limited warranty:

Te retailer should provide you the warranty..

 

I suggest contacting HP by filling the form below for any further assistance:

If the printer is no longer in warranty follow the steps on screen to dispute due to cartridges in warranty..
