Just replaced my ink cartridges with HP ink as always and prints all colors except magentas??? Tried everything I have read and still nothing. Is there a fix or just need new printer. I have a HP Photosmart C7280. Thanks for any help.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here
And if the issue still persists, this could a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Thanks and I have done everything stated. Test print will not print magenta even though brand new HP ink cartridge installed. I also did the extended self test diagnostic print out and shows same thing..no magenta. Since its 12 years old just going to invest in new printer.
