PLEASE HELP ME!!! I’ve installed my new cartridges and there’s a problem with the colour one. I’ve reinstalled them so many times and cleaned them and still nothing and I can’t get any more in the future until the problem is fixed!

Hi,
Please remove the Tri-Color cartridge, close the door and see if you can print with the Black Ink Cartridge only.
Assuming you can, and these are genuine and in-warranty HP cartridges, the Tri-color cartridge is likely faulty, you may return with it to the point of purchase with its receipt, to send the cartridge to HP and claim its warranty.
