Hp 7855

Bought brand new printer cartridges for my HP 7855 printer. The color cartridge only prints like to pages and then doesn't work. This is the second new color cartridge. I get an error used or counterfeit.   ???

Are these original HP cartridges? If you insert your old ink, do you get the error message?

 

Are the copies coming out well?
