HP DeskJet 3639 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried everything from HP suggestions to people's random feedback on the internet. The printer is almost two years old, but has only been used a few times (because we moved and never set it back up until recently). We tried printing something, and it came out as if it had low ink, then randomly printed out a page in purple afterwards, so we learned due to infrequent use, the black cartridge needed to be cleaned. We did this, and were able to print perfectly, we were finally able to click the buttons on the printer (HP DeskJet 3639) to have it print out the forms necessary to learn how to set up the printer again, as well as connect it to the new Wi-Fi. Ever since we connected it to the Wi-Fi, our full cartridges are now reading as empty and the light won't stop blinking, it now refuses to print anything (including the required page to print in order to sign up for Instant-Ink, which is a major inconvenience). It's honestly acting as if conspiracy theories are true, and once we connected to the Wi-Fi, HP has decided to dead our printer in order to force us into buying a new one, that we cannot afford. It worked just fine after we cleaned it, then once we connected it, we've had this issue for two days. We've tried restarting it, we've tried unplugging it with and without the cartridges inside, we tried cleaning them both this time, nothing will fix this issue. It says the ink was full, and it comes out onto cloth just fine, but it is swearing out of nowhere that they are empty. The cartridge symbols that were full before Wi-Fi connections, now say empty, and the flashing light is persisting as well as locking us out of any printing processes at all. Please advise, we are desperate to have this issue resolved. This past year because we struggled setting it up, we've been taking trips to Staples instead, it's time to stop that pattern because we paid good, saved up money for this All-In-One printer.
